Red Door Pan Asian Grill - Park Royal

Red Door's attempt to serve tasty contemporary Asian Fare with a traditional food sharing style menu and decor was very disappointing.  Although the ambiance was good, the food was tasteless.

Tonight's order of food included "Ginger Beef" which had absolutely no flavour and the beef was burnt almost with a bit of black charcol look to it.  Next, we ordered the "Singapore Street Noodles" with a special request to have the noodles crispy and was told by the Server that it would be okay, but when we got it, it was not crispy at all, when asked why, he said the Chef couldn't do it.....huh?  why would you tell a customer that you can have it crispy when it was being ordered and bring out something that is not.....next item on our menu tonight was the "Pad Thai".......mmmmm what can I say.....no flavour......but then again, it did taste healthy.......as for the limes that were served with each dish.....there was no juice to the limes, it seemed as though the limes were used or left out to dry....when requested for more limes, they brought over a small dish of dried out lime????  what was that about??? it kinda makes you wonder. 

Although the staff was nice, they were very green.....final thoughts, when dining at Red Dor Pan Asian Grill don't expect too much.  Like I said, nice ambiance and staff, but tasteless menu.
